Yes, we have a refund policy. The amount refunded depends on the status of your car shipping order. if your order has not yet been assigned to a carrier for pick-up, your payment is fully refundable. If a carrier has already been assigned, you're eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable $199 service fee. once a vehicle is assigned for pick-up, services have been rendered and the non-refundable amount applies. You will be notified by email as soon as a carrier has been assigned.
