Clean the interior and exterior so that the vehicle can be inspected properly and pre-pick-up pictures can be taken.

Remove any aftermarket parts such as racks, spoilers, lowered bumpers, side skirts, or any other parts that lower the ground clearance or increase the length, width, and/or height of your vehicle.

Remove any toll devices to avoid unnecessary toll charges.

Check your vehicle for fluid leaks and fix them if any are found. Leaking vehicles may cause damage to other vehicles located below.

Ensure that the vehicle runs, drives, and brakes properly. Otherwise, the vehicle will be considered inoperable.
