How do I know the date and time of my vehicle pick-up?

After your vehicle has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with the estimated pick-up date. Keep in mind that this date may change if there are any unforeseen circumstances with the car shipping trucker's schedule. Typically, within 24 hours before the pick-up, the trucker or dispatcher will call the person releasing the item to arrange a convenient pick-up time.
