Yes, our service is door-to-door transport. This means that the truck driver will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close to your home as legally and safely possible, considering the dimensions and weight of a semi-truck full of cars.

However, due to restrictions in many cities on large trucks, you may be asked to meet the driver at an alternate location if access to your home is limited by factors like narrow streets, low-hanging trees, power lines, or other city restrictions. In such cases, the driver might suggest a nearby location with ample space, such as a grocery store, shopping plaza, school, or church parking lot.

With our door-to-door service, you don’t have to drive anywhere to drop off your vehicle, and we do not provide terminal-to-terminal service, which would require you to bring your car to a specific address. If alternative arrangements are necessary, you will receive a call directly from the trucker.
