Yes, we have a cancellation policy. You can cancel your car shipping order at any time before a carrier is assigned to pick up your vehicle without any penalties. If you cancel after a carrier has been assigned but before your vehicle is picked up, you are eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable $199. Once a carrier picks up your vehicle, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds will be provided. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before your vehicle is picked up.
